This is a website dedicated to helping people find an answer to their computer problems. The language used here is very non-technical and easy to follow, even for those with little computer experience. This site is very much in planning and development at the moment and there will be broken links and incomplete information until I get everything set and going.
The steps listed within this website can be used on both desktop and laptop computers using a windows operating system. I will list the differences in the steps between Vista and Windows XP whenever possible. It will cover the basics of computer maintenance, including how to scan for system and file errors and defragment your hard drive to increase speed. It will cover how to prepare for the unexpected and recover from serious system errors and windows crashes. It will cover advanced tricks to improve your system performance and increase space. It will cover, most importantly, computer security and safe practices including antivirus software, spyware, and firewalls. It will also cover advanced troubleshooting and repair to get your computer fully operational.
If working on a computer makes you feel nervous or overwhelmed, I also offer to resolve computer issues personally. This can be in person (If local) or by allowing me access to your computer over the web. More details are in the services page.
